Beanie Manufacturing Processing

Yarn Spining

Once we have the yarn from yarn supplier, we need to spin the yarn and make sure all material is useable and qualified.

Bulk Production

Once finishing yarn spinning, we will adjust machine and make sure our production is in set and perfect for our products.

Sewing

Once finish knitting the bulk, we will cut and sew to a beanie shape.

Labeling

Once the shape is done, we will do the labeling.

Ironing

Once finishing the sewing production, we will go start ironing and make sure the shape of the hat is good and fitting is wonderful.

Packaging

At this stage we will cut the loosing thread and quality check for every hats, pack the hat with customer requirement.
